Minutes of the Bolton Tennis League Committee meeting held at 7pm on  Wednesday, 8th October 2025 at Lostock Tennis Club.

Present: Messrs. Caswell, Maslivec, Pearson (in the chair), Smith, Ms L Cartwright, Mrs J Holmes & Ms Morley.

Apologies for absence: Messrs. Cashmore, Prince, Taylor, Ms B Holmes & Ms Perry.

Minutes of the last meeting: These had been circulated and were agreed.

Matters Arising: The score is needed for the 2024 Cecil Cup. The Mixed Match Secretary is to sort.

Treasurer: Nothing to report.

Winter League: This had started. There had been several requests for players to double up and play twice.

Tournament: There had been a Tournament Committee meeting. Volunteers had been requested to take over from Andy Taylor. A referee would be required within the next 2 years.

AOB: Mr Maslivec said that Barrow Bridge needs more male members.

Rule changes: These were discussed. They are still undergoing refinements and amendments. Some have had to be referred back to the clubs for further consideration.
