Welcome to 2026:
As in previous years, you can see all a club's registrations exactly as they are on the database on the server. The address is hidden, but all addresses must be provided on registration.
Then click on 'Bolton Registered Players' in the yellow boxes on the right. It is this list that you will use to pay £3.50 a player plus any fines for non-attendance at the NOM or AGM. Don't register more than you need. You can always do that later.
Names cannot be deleted. Only the Registration Secretary or myself can do this. Club Secretaries: email the Registration Secretary with a list. Then check some time later that it has been done.
The Registration Secretary is John Nuttall:
New players will be added via the Club Secretary who will have the secret link to do so. This will go live shortly after testing and will be provided to Club Secretaries and known Internet assistants only. The optional email box is for the Tournament Committee.
New Players: Please take extra care with names. The names that appear on the online cards come straight from the database. So please capitalise all first and second names and avoid all caps. All caps and all lower case look terrible on the online cards.
Any alterations to existing players must be done by an email to the Registration Secretary. This includes conversion of some junior players into senior players and changes to special status such as Permanent A players for multi-team clubs and Students (S) requiring Division 1 exemption.
Notation for info: JF=Junior Female; JM=Junior Male, S=Senior. This helps the database sort itself so registrations are always in the expected order.
Payment of player fees, non-attendance at the NOM or AGM, less guarantee fee refund. When the 24th April approaches and you are satisfied that all is correct make your payment preferably BACs to Sort code: 01 30 99 Account No: 01375415 with Nat West or if this is still impossible send your cheque to our treasurer, David Saunders, 83 Rockwell Road, Lostock, Bolton BL6 4NT
The calculator is now accessible from the home page or here You pay £3.50 per player plus any £10 fines for non-attendance of the NOM or AGM, less the guarantee fee rebate (£7 for each senior team that completed last year's season, £3 per junior team). Extra players after this date will be paid for at the end of the season. Guarantee fee refunds are subject to checking during April.
The Registration Secretary and Treasurer will use this form on the night to check your payment. The Registration Secretary is seeing this when you see it. If he discovers any mistakes changes may be made.
Handbook collection: Friday 24th April 2026. 2.00 - 8.00pm. At my house. 132 Beverley Road, Bolton BL1 4DY. We discussed the fact that taking everything and humping it all up the Lostock stairs does not seem a good idea when seven are not collected anyway. They then have to be brought back. So we are trying Covid style with a six hour window.
We’re inviting local businesses to sponsor an event (21 in total) at this year’s Bolton Tennis Tournament which takes place from 10th to 18th July 2026.
As a sponsor, you will have an A5-sized colour advert in the main online programme, sponsorship of a main event and the opportunity to display promotional materials at venues, including Markland Hill, Lostock and Meadow Hill Tennis Clubs. Additionally, sponsors will have the honour of presenting prizes on Finals Day (Saturday 18th July) and will be treated to a complimentary buffet for two.
