Bolton Tennis Tournament: It's about this time of year that we start thinking about this. We have our Tournament page on this site with basic details:

https://www.boltontennisleague.co.uk/Tournament.html

This year we have our dedicated Tournament site and it is from this site that you will link to the LTA to make your entries:

If you forget this link, just go to the Tournament page on our website where you will find a link.

Bradshaw Tennis Club parking for Tuesday Mixed Matches: There is junior coaching until 6pm on a Tuesday night. With only a 1 road in and out of the club, could we please ask no one to enter the club between 5.55 and 6.10 pm please. If you enter before 5.55pm can you please drive round and park behind the cricket club and then move your car to the tennis club car park after 6.10pm. It is a childrens safety issue. Also  no-one is to park in the yellow hatched areas even if you are waiting, this is a request from the emergency services, in case they need access.

Save Our Barrow Bridge (SOBB): Barrow Bridge Tennis Club is calling out for players to play match tennis for our men's team for the rest of this season, and to a lesser extent for our mixed team. Both team's play Division 5 in their respective Leagues.

Unexpected injury, changing work commitments, family commitments, hospital procedures and retirements have led to our acute shortage of men.

So, if you are interested in playing match tennis for us or simply becoming a member please contact me.

There is a previous precedent that players who are already a member of their own club will be allowed to play permanently in a team in another club for a season without joining, although they would be expected to pay our £6 match fee just like our own players.

League rules about player eligibility will of course apply.
